Bernard has been playing harmonica and singing in the Old Scona neighborhood since age 14.  He played in subways in Paris til the police chased him out when he was very young.  He played at the Hovel in the Hippie days, and sat in with Peg Leg Sam among others, He has played the North Country Fair in the early years, Grossman’s and other clubs in Toronto in the 90s, but has stayed in the Edmonton area most of his life about, which he has written many songs. Younger players, such as Grant Stovel, the current drummer, and Jim Guiboche, the current guitar player, like to quote those songs from time to time.  He has played the Commercial Blues on Whyte many times, and Sidetrack  among other gigs in Edmonton. 

            Drummer Grant Stovel is a well- known DJ on CJSR and CKUA as well as a first call blues drummer at the Yardbird Suite, backing Sue Foley, Jimmy Guiboche, Wild Child Butler and too many others to mention.  

            Guitarist Jim Guiboche runs his own band, and has backed Big Dave McLean,, Lazy Lester, and Mojo Buford among others, as well as playing many of Alberta’s important festivals etc. 

            Duane Elias plays bass with Mike McDonald of Jr.Gone Wild,  in MIke’s other band, A Bunch of Marys.   Duane did a tour with the hit Toronto musical stage show "Black Ryder" playing stick and being the show's music director.
